Miami, 3401 NW 72nd Avenue, Miami, Florida, United States of America Catering Cook We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Catering Cook to join our growing Miami Team! Responsibilities Prepare and cook items according to specification/recipe. Ensure that all dishes served meet the DO & CO standard. Lead by example, preparing and cooking dishes. Monitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple stations within the given time to meet strict deadlines. Maintain work areas clean and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems with the food safety management system to the manager and the hygiene and food safety team. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen, preferably with large production volume. Knowledge of ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and cooking times. A full-time cook who is energetic, hard-working, organized, and familiar with working in a fast-paced environment. Certificate in culinary arts, or relevant field a plus. Must have flexibility to work various shifts according to business needs. What We Offer Pay rate: $19.00 hourly. Daily Complimentary Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).
