Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations that dive deeply into clients' mental health histories, current challenges, and personal objectives.

• Provide tailored individual therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address common issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that incorporate their goals and utilize measurable, evidence-based interventions.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and emotional stability.

• Facilitate psychoeducation, guiding clients and their families in understanding mental health conditions and coping mechanisms, while connecting them with community resources.

• Maintain meticulous client documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, adhering to ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Harmony Hills Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
