Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy services to clients via telehealth, employing effective therapeutic techniques to address various social and emotional challenges.

• Provide clinical supervision and support for interns, aiding in their professional development through performance evaluations, caseload monitoring, and necessary documentation tasks.

• Engage in regular consultations with school site contacts, medical professionals, and family members to coordinate care and address client needs effectively.

• Participate in quality assurance and improvement audits of client records, ensuring compliance with agency policies, state requirements, and funding regulations.

• Contribute to the recruitment, training, and onboarding process for interns and trainees, including the facilitation of workshops and compliance training.

• Ensure the maintenance and organization of client files, adhering to all confidentiality guidelines and legal requirements.

• Prepare and submit client and programmatic reports as required, as well as participate in agency meetings and training sessions to further enhance skill sets.

• Address safety and maintenance issues promptly to create a secure working environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
