Step into a rewarding opportunity working as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a vibrant group of elementary students. This contract role is designed for a dedicated professional who enjoys making a measurable impact within a supportive school environment. Your expertise will support the development and success of young learners, working two days per week at each elementary school in the area. With a total of approximately 15 hours weekly—including allocated time for documentation and paperwork—you’ll have the opportunity to focus on high-quality services without overwhelming caseloads.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP licensure in Pennsylvania.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will also be considered.
• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Comfortable providing all services in-person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-5 students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs and goals.
• Collaborate closely with educators, school staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and complete all necessary paperwork within the hours provided.
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, goal setting, and interdisciplinary consultations.
