Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual, family, and group therapy sessions guided by evidence-based methodologies to effectively address a diverse range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that consider their unique backgrounds, needs, and recovery goals, empowering them on their healing journey.

• Respond to client crises promptly, providing immediate emotional support and intervention to ensure safety and stabilization during acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to all applicable state and federal regulations to protect client privacy and data integrity.

• Actively engage with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, medical professionals, and community support resources, to ensure comprehensive care coordination for clients.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health counseling, including new research studies and therapy techniques, to continuously enhance your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Aurora Insight, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.

• Proven track record of providing effective counseling services to individuals and groups, demonstrating therapeutic competence and sensitivity to client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling practices.

• Clinical experience in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Aurora Insight offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
