Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid teaching certification with a Special Education endorsement
• Experience delivering instruction in cross-categorical or resource settings
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Skilled in adapting and modifying curriculum to meet diverse student needs
• Familiarity with behavioral, communication, social-emotional, and sensory support strategies
• Collaborative, compassionate, and effective communicator with families and school staff
• Commitment to maintaining an inclusive, engaging classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver standards-aligned lessons while addressing individualized IEP goals
• Apply structured teaching, visual supports, and evidence-based interventions
• Implement behavioral and social-emotional supports as needed
• Work in partnership with program aides and related service professionals
• Collect and analyze student data to inform instruction and interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent communications, and team collaboration
