Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain up-to-date clinical and administrative documentation adhering to RAMS policies and organizational standards.

• Conduct crisis interventions when necessary, using your clinical skills to manage acute situations effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through individual and group supervision sessions.

• Participate actively in clinical team meetings and case conferences to discuss case planning and treatment goals.

• Assess clients' work readiness and learning needs through detailed psychological testing and reporting, providing actionable vocational recommendations.

• Carry out biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate and recommend suitable placement for work assignments or referrals to therapy.

• Contribute to the community through public education initiatives related to mental health awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients who are affected by various mental health conditions, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and trauma-related issues. Your role will be crucial in helping individuals navigate their challenges, offering them tools to promote mental health recovery, and providing a safe space for discourse and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Social Work License in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) is required.
