Key Responsibilities\n

As a mental health counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, building rapport through trust and effective communication, while upholding professional ethics and appropriate boundaries.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and evaluate the need for ongoing services or discharge when suitable.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Performing thorough intake assessments to determine the needs, challenges, and treatment options for each new client.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions per week, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with youth experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
