Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools to gather information and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups for individuals and families, contributing to a sense of community and shared experience among participants.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care and support for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support, ensuring immediate assistance during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients about mental health conditions, coping strategies, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to legal and ethical standards to protect patient confidentiality.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance interdisciplinary dialogue and improve clinical practice.

• Continuously update knowledge through participation in professional development and training opportunities, keeping abreast of the latest research and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a myriad of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults and families, allowing you to leverage your expertise and adapt your approaches to various demographics and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Kansas.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Proficient in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a wide range of populations.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with patients and families effectively.

• Sound ethical judgment and practice adherence, essential for maintaining professional boundaries.

• Competence in electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing workflow efficiency and patient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
