Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine the nature and severity of mood disorders, including depression and anxiety.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the client's specific needs, goals, and preferences, integrating relevant evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through one-on-one sessions, facilitating group therapy, and providing support to families as needed.

• Monitor client progress by tracking symptom changes and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, potential treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to promote long-term wellness.
