Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive biopsychosocial assessments to identify mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs of clients in the primary care setting.

• Provide behavioral health services tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, which may involve counseling, intake evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, guiding participants through therapeutic processes to encourage sharing and personal growth.

• Collaborate with community resources, establishing connections for clients who may require medication assistance programs or referrals for substance use treatment.

• Document client progress meticulously in compliance with organizational policies, including mental health evaluations, treatment notes, and suicide risk assessments.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
