Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual clients, using appropriate therapeutic modalities.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy, to accommodate clients with various accessibility needs.

• Monitor client progress towards established therapeutic goals and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate case documentation and adhere to ethical standards and best practices in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients.

• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle a varied caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While relevant experience is not mandatory, having a background in trauma-informed care, CBT, or other therapeutic modalities will be considered a plus. Additionally, familiarity with telehealth tools and technology is beneficial as we provide virtual therapy options.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, you will enjoy:
