Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Dynamic Living, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based interventions according to client needs.

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, ensuring that patient records are up to date and secure.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure well-coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.

• Participating in ongoing case consultations and peer reviews to enhance clinical skills and the overall quality of care delivered.

• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
