Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive telehealth assessments and interventions for clients with substance use disorders and trauma histories, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and medical necessity to support program entry using our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Actively monitor client situations post-therapy, conducting regular follow-up sessions to track improvements and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Research, refer, and advocate for vital community resources such as food assistance, childcare, and healthcare services, facilitating holistic support for enhancing clients’ overall well-being.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, including mental health emergencies and potential cases of child abuse, ensuring immediate safety and appropriate interventions.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with other health professionals within our network to contribute to the overall quality of care and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals experiencing substance use disorders, many of whom may also be dealing with significant trauma. You will support a diverse range of clients, including Veterans, who often present unique challenges and require specialized care strategies. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) is required to ensure a strong foundation in social work principles and practices.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience is essential, preferably within a mental health or addiction treatment setting.

• Demonstrable experience working with Veterans or similar populations will significantly benefit your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
