Work Environment\n

Our work environment is remote, allowing you to perform your duties from the comfort of your own home while still engaging closely with our multidisciplinary team. The flexibility of teletherapy enables you to connect with patients in a way that is both convenient and effective. Our regular working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required depending on patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs, formulate diagnosis, and develop tailored treatment plans that address their goals and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that cover topics like stress management, coping skills, and group therapy dynamics to foster peer support.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to deliver coordinated care that considers the holistic needs of patients.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services and emotional support during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources available to assist with their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging research in the mental health field.

This role focuses on a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon, demonstrating your professional credentials and competency.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Proficiency in conducting detailed mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans based on best practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specific therapeutic practices, trauma-informed care, or community mental health services may be preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
