Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) $70 K-85K/yr

We offer a supportive work environment and various compensation packages including a starting salary range of $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, 401K, health care benefits, and generous paid time off.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans.
• Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session.
• Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week.
• Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.
• Comfort working with clients with diverse concerns.
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.

Additional Valuable Qualifications:

• Experience in mental health practice settings.
• Insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas.
