HERS Advisors has partnered with a full-service California-based law firm who is looking for an Office Manager to work in their Orange County, California office (5 days in office). The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall administrative management and day-to-day operations of the Orange County office. The Office Manager will lead and support non-attorney staff, ensuring that attorneys receive timely and effective administrative support, and proactively coordinate resources to meet the needs of the office.

Requirements for Office Manager:

• 5+ years of office management experience in a legal or professional services environment required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management systems such as iManage
• Strong business writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal communication
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
