Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial mental health assessments, considering the patient's personal history, current issues, and risk factors, to create comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's unique mental health needs, focusing on promoting emotional well-being and coping strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions designed to enhance personal development, emotional regulation, and social skills, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all participants.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and psychologists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care and continuity of services.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and mental health support, responding effectively to urgent situations as they arise.

• Document all assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Pro Mental Balance Advocate, Inc., you will primarily serve adolescents and young adults within the community. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
