Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that provide insight into clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapies utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing clear therapeutic goals and intervention strategies tailored to each client.

• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of the care team to ensure comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments and safety planning to address immediate mental health needs.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously to meet ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and various support groups to enrich the therapeutic experience for our clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
