Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in the Greater Boston area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives. Key responsibilities include client outreach, presenting tailored service offerings, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market trends to identify potential areas for expansion.
