Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Hill Top, you'll play a crucial role in addressing a variety of familial and relational dynamics. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Providing relational and individual therapy sessions that address issues such as alcohol or substance abuse, grief and loss, conflicts between family members, and adjustment to separation or divorce.
\n
• Facilitating communication skills workshops to improve interpersonal dynamics among family members.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individuals and families, with a focus on achieving desired outcomes.
\n
• Documenting client progress and adapting treatment strategies as necessary in compliance with organizational standards.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your role will focus on helping clients navigate various challenges, including:

• Alcohol and substance abuse issues.
\n
• Conflict resolution among siblings and parental figures.
\n
• Adjustment disorders related to medical issues or life changes.
\n
• Grief, loss, and emotional distress following trauma or other significant life events.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
