Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef to join our team at a community association management company located in Babcock Ranch, FL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in culinary leadership, menu development, and kitchen management within a community or residential setting. This role requires a dynamic individual who can oversee all culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and service for our community residents and events. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all kitchen operations for community dining facilities and special events. Develop and implement diverse menus that cater to the tastes and dietary needs of community residents. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Collaborate with community management and event coordinators to plan and execute culinary services for community functions. Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and consistency. Stay current with culinary trends and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role, preferably within a community association or residential management environment. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and kitchen operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources effectively. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in food service.
