Key Responsibilities\n

• Build strategic alliances with community resources to streamline aftercare arrangements for patients and their families, enhancing the continuity of care.

• Effectively identify and navigate resistance and conflicts with clients, employing crisis intervention techniques to promote healthy communication and behavioral change.

• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and communications in accordance with social work standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in patient care.

• Utilize the latest DSM diagnostic criteria to assess and address mental health disorders in children and adolescents, demonstrating a clear understanding of human growth and developmental stages.

• Implement behavioral modification strategies, including assertiveness training and supportive therapy, to support clients in adopting healthier coping mechanisms.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' and families' medical, social, and emotional contexts, using effective interviewing techniques and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.

• Develop and periodically revise personalized treatment plans that reflect comprehensive assessments, taking into account each client’s unique strengths, needs, and spiritual or cultural values.

• Facilitate therapeutic and educational group sessions, tailoring activities to foster engagement and growth, and diligently documenting participant outcomes and goals.

• Participate in treatment-planning meetings to discuss patient progress, challenges, and updates to treatment plans, ensuring collaborative care in a multidisciplinary setting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
