Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulates treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, including pre-crisis and crisis planning.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans for clients.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring all services comply with industry standards.

• Serve as a liaison for clients, coordinating care with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients dealing with a diverse array of mental health challenges, from emotional health crises to ongoing recovery processes. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Must hold an Independent LMHC License in your state or be willing to obtain licensure in Maryland at our expense.
