ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) . WHAT YOU'LL DO Close sales and win new business within a defined territory. Turn prospects into loyal clients by recommending the right HR solutions. Deepen relationships across the ADP family and cross‑sell additional services. Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Positive self‑starter with the ability to cold‑call and manage multiple sales processes. Strategic closer with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Proven winner who thrives under pressure and motivates the team. A college degree is great but not required; it is more important to have relevant skills. Three years of B2B sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results‑driven environment. Military experience is an advantage, especially skills in teamwork, resilience, and negotiation. Preferred Qualifications Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales. Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $54,300.00 – $117,400.00 per year, with potential bonuses, commissions, and equity.
