Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the symptoms, frequency, and severity of mood disorders in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate and empower clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies tailored to their circumstances.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and integrated mental health care.

• Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of mood disorders, implementing new strategies to improve client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops to foster continual growth.

• Advocate for clients by promoting awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues, ensuring their needs are met both inside and outside of therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals experiencing a variety of mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Qualifications\n
