Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' conditions, developing tailored treatment plans utilizing a mix of therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and patient education.
• Implement and manage treatment protocols aimed at relieving pain and enhancing mobility, adapting methodologies as necessary based on patient progress.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing communication with the healthcare team.
• Reevaluating and updating treatment goals regularly to ensure that patient care is dynamically aligned with their evolving needs and rehabilitation progress.
• Educate patients and their families about self-management strategies and effective use of assistive devices to facilitate recovery and improve daily function.
• Maintain your professional competency through continuous education, participating in workshops, and engaging in professional networks and societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as an outpatient physical therapist, you will cater to a wide range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Physical Therapy license to practice in the state of Florida.

• Proficient in using digital documentation systems and electronic medical records (EMR) for clinical integrity.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
