This position is based in our outpatient facility located in the vibrant city of Saint Petersburg. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, assessing functional limitations and disabilities to inform treatment plans.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans while providing patient education and empowering their involvement in their recovery.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs, reinforcing Trust Point's commitment to health promotion and engagement.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, aiding their professional growth while managing departmental resources effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve providing care to a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The full-time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
