Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians and develop personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement effective interventions, ensuring that each patient achieves optimal recovery outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall patient care, including consultations and case discussions.
• Provide hands-on therapy, rehabilitation techniques, and guidance to patients, ensuring they understand and can effectively execute their home exercise programs.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, recovery trajectories, and wellness strategies to encourage active participation in their own healing process.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans, complying with regulatory standards and company policy.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and respond proactively to any business objectives as directed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records.
