We are seeking a young, ambitious Executive Chef ready to build something iconic.

About the Role

This is not a traditional restaurant role. This is a creative leadership position for a chef who wants to shape a culinary identity from the ground up.

You will:

• Design and execute a refined, internationally inspired tasting menu

• Lead all kitchen operations with Michelin-level precision

• Curate seasonal, ingredient-driven menus

• Oversee sourcing, supplier relationships, and food cost control

• Build and mentor a high-performance culinary team

• Collaborate on curated dining experiences and private events

• Maintain exceptional standards in presentation, technique, and consistency

We’re Looking For

• Proven fine dining experience (Michelin-starred background preferred)

• Strong foundation in classical technique with modern creativity

• Global culinary perspective

• Leadership presence with entrepreneurial drive

• Detail-obsessed, disciplined, and performance-oriented

• Passion for creating unforgettable, intimate dining experiences

• Comfortable operating in a private club environment with high-profile clientele
