Payroll Specialist

SGS Consulting

Florida

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process overpayments for active and terminated employees.
  • Audit and review W-2c forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from:
  • Employees
  • Internal business units
  • Third-party vendors
  • Support SOX compliance and audit requirements, maintaining proper documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure payroll accuracy and consistency.
  • Participate in training sessions, meetings, and special projects as required.

Skills:

  • Experience with SAP ECP payroll systems, specifically overpayment handling
  • Strong experience with W-2c auditing and corrections
  • Basic accounting knowledge

Education/Experience:

  • High School.
