Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients’ needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s circumstances, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that encourage community engagement and peer support.

• Perform crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute mental health crises, providing immediate support and stabilization.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multi-faceted approach to patient care, integrating psychiatric and therapeutic interventions.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, promoting informed decision-making.

• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards by keeping detailed and accurate documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development, staff training, and organizational meetings to stay current with clinical best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 52,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on full-time or part-time status, with a competitive full-time salary of $90,000 to $100,000. We offer a robust benefits package, including:
