Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active North Carolina physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience providing care in home health settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress in electronic medical records preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with geriatric populations and chronic disease management preferred.
• Comfortable performing skilled evaluations, fall risk assessments, and home safety recommendations preferred.
