Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with patients receiving hospice care, focusing on individuals with life-limiting conditions and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid California LCSW license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually.
