Canon USA seeks a Senior Account Executive, Workplace Technologies & Services, to drive sales of hardware and software solutions in the Future of Work marketplace. Learn and utilize the Salesforce CRM platform to manage client and prospect accounts. Contact an assigned account base via direct calls, tailored email campaigns, and social media to develop sales opportunities and establish engagement. Conduct in‑person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, leading strategic conversations with business owners, executives, and stakeholders to identify customer requirements and business challenges. Focus on optimal customer experience throughout the sales process by developing strategic plans to address short‑term and long‑term customer needs and generate new revenue streams. Leverage a team of technology subject matter experts to enrich knowledge, facilitate sales wins, and achieve customer goals through collaboration. Develop and nurture high‑level relationships within a comprehensive customer base to enhance long‑term viability and account penetration. About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring Hold a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of business‑to‑business sales or customer‑facing experience. Possess an unwavering passion, aptitude, and interest in learning new technology and services. Have a successful track record of persuading others to pursue innovative ideas. Command strong communication skills with a desire to build solid working relationships. Work independently and manage time precisely. Be willing to travel occasionally within the local market (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required). Compensation: Base salary $50,000–$63,160 annually. Incentive compensation up to $62,869 annually at 100% of plan. Eligible for transportation allowance. This role requires residing within a reasonable commuting distance to Rocky Hill, CT. Workstyle Description Full‑time hybrid schedule; report to local office as directed. Be available to customers in‑person or remotely as required. Option to work from home on other business days unless business needs dictate otherwise.
