Business Consultant

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support strategic initiatives in the changing healthcare environment, the full-time Business Consultant will provide subject matter expertise, design and run dashboards, and build trusted relationships within the organization while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide expertise in areas such as project management, finance, and data metrics to support cross-functional teams and business strategies Design and implement dashboards for clear communication and identify process improvements while developing budgets and documentation Build relationships to enhance subject-matter expertise and synchronize operations, communicating strategies and next steps to leadership and partners Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree 5 years of experience in business development, operational technology support, or consulting Knowledge of Salesforce, CRMs, or customer experience platforms Experience in the Healthcare Payor industry Familiarity with project management and change management methodologies
