Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family psychoeducational sessions to empower clients and their loved ones with valuable insights and skills.

• Lead therapeutic counseling sessions employing evidence-based techniques that promote healing and recovery.

• Collaborate with a diverse clinical team to ensure continuity of care, thorough discharge planning, and follow-up support for clients transitioning from more intensive services.

• Monitor and assess clients’ safety, identifying potential risks and taking appropriate measures to address these issues proactively.

• Document all progress notes, assessments, and treatment interventions promptly and accurately, adhering to professional standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve a rich and diverse client base, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a wide variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.

• A proven track record of strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for client interactions and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
