Administrative Coordinator

$21 - $24 per hour

LHH is partnering with a well-known organization in the Lutherville, MD area to hire a Temporary Administrative Coordinator. This role provides critical administrative and project support to help the HR team and broader organization operate efficiently and meet deadlines. Location: Lutherville, MD Duration: 3+ months (Temporary) Pay: $21–$24/hour based on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and project support to multiple teams. Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Manage and analyze data in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and reporting dashboards. Design and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations for meetings, training, and client-facing materials. Maintain accurate filing systems and organize project-related documentation. Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Collaborate with team members to support urgent requests and prioritize workflow efficiently. Required Skills Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
