Overview The Skatepark Project is a national nonprofit dedicated to helping underserved communities create safe, inclusive public skateparks and expand access to youth development through skateboarding. Through the Harold Hunter Programs we provide free, community‑based programming that supports mentorship, mental wellness, and career pathways for youth. Role As the Creative Partnerships Coordinator VISTA you will build the systems that make this work scalable. You will strengthen partnerships with brands, develop outreach and engagement tools, and create processes that support collaboration across teams. Duties Increase leveraged resources by developing systems that expand partnership pipelines and strengthen collaboration infrastructure. Research and track prospective partners and build systems to support a structured partnership pipeline. Develop outreach tools, while tracking engagement metrics and refining strategies to strengthen partner relationships and contribute to fundraising growth. Document and standardize partnership development processes, and support the creation of clear, repeatable coordination systems across teams. Audit and improve website and social media content systems by developing guidelines, templates, and tracking tools to ensure consistent, high‑quality content and effective cross‑team collaboration.
