EP Registered Nurse

Introduction This position is eligible for a $15,000 sign on bonus with a 2-year commitment to Mission Hospital. Shift: 7am-5:30pm. Call: 1 day every 6 weeks. Must be within 30 minutes of the facility if called back in. Job Summary Provides leadership that facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, document care, and teach patients and families. Implements medically prescribed interventions. Qualifications Required Experience: One year of registered nurse experience. Preferred Experience: EP, ICU, and/or strong cardiac nursing experience. Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within 5 years of hire. Masters in Nursing is preferred. Required License: Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply. Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS. Preferred Certification: National Certification in specialty area. RNs with 10 or more years of experience are exempt. Location Mission Hospital, located in Asheville, North Carolina.
