Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient histories and physical examinations to assess both normal and abnormal dermatological findings.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging to inform treatment strategies.
• Develop tailored pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical treatment plans in partnership with patients, ensuring their engagement and understanding of their healthcare journey.
• Monitor the effectiveness of various treatment interventions, adjusting plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate and counsel patients on skin health, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Perform designated procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, and cosmetic injections, adhering to clinical privileges.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with board-certified dermatologists and other healthcare team members to provide integrated care.
• Support initiatives to meet payer performance measures, contributing towards the practice's operational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse patient demographic in El Paso, where cultural sensitivity and a personalized approach to care are crucial. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program is required.

Compensation and Benefits
