Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine their mental health conditions, needs, and goals.

• Provide high-quality one-on-one counseling sessions, psychotherapy, and therapeutic techniques that address client concerns.

• Continuously monitor clients' progress through regular check-ins and updates, ensuring treatment plans are adjusted as necessary.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care and ensure a comprehensive approach to each client's mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor is mandatory.
