Enterprise Account Executive

Role The role is for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive based in Germany to join the team. Responsibilities Build and maintain an active deal pipeline and quota coverage (experience with LinkedIn, Salesforce, Clari is a plus). Manage complex deal cycles from lead origination to closing and expansions. Consistently close net-new business and expansions by leveraging a “land-and-expand” strategy. Collaborate with customers, partners, and the larger ecosystem in a consultative sales process. Maintain strategic oversight of assigned accounts, ensuring engagements achieve their intended outcomes. Leverage generative AI and advanced automation to personalize customer engagements at scale, using real-time data. Experiment with emerging AI tools (conversational AI, autonomous agents, predictive analytics, AI‑powered deal coaching) and share best practices. Use AI‑driven insights to craft highly personalized messaging resonating with each prospect’s context. Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to rapidly develop differentiated value propositions. Refine and optimize sales messaging by leveraging AI‑powered analytics on engagement metrics. Qualifications Hunter mentality with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Experience selling in the Business Insights & Analytics industry (highly desirable). Orchestrated complex direct and indirect sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, focusing on SaaS and disruptive technologies. Track record of selling net-new business and expansion opportunities with strong pipeline generation and opportunity progression. Experience building champions and nurturing long‑term relationships. Partnered with AI/ML product teams or participated in early‑access/beta programs for new AI technologies. Demonstrated ability to drive results through creative application of AI and automation in sales. Strong business acumen and familiarity with MEDDICC or Challenger sales methodologies. Effective communication at all executive levels (C‑level and business line executives). AI Skills Comfortably and confidently integrate artificial intelligence into daily workflow to increase productivity. Hands‑on experience leveraging industry‑leading LLMs for automation and improved work quality. Experience using AI for research, content creation, and document summarization while maintaining judgment. Write effective prompts to maximize AI tool outputs. Curiosity, adaptability, and critical thinking to discern when AI is appropriate versus human judgment.
