Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique mental health challenges and resources, enabling a targeted approach to treatment.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to create and execute personalized, client-centered treatment plans.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning for clients experiencing acute emotional distress.

• Document all client interactions and treatment processes meticulously, adhering to legal and ethical standards to maintain the highest level of care.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to equip clients with effective coping strategies and tools for well-being.

Qualifications\n
