Our organization is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to oversee the Inpatient and Partial Hospitalization Child & Adolescent program at Mather Hospital . Depending on their experience, the selected candidate may also have the opportunity to take on a leadership role. We are looking for individuals with exceptional clinical and managerial abilities who are passionate about leadership and innovation.
Mather Hospital is a 248-bed, non-profit community teaching hospital that is accredited and part of our organization. It stands out as one of the few hospitals on Long Island that provides both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services for adolescents and adults. Additionally, it is the only acute care facility in Suffolk County with a dedicated adolescent psychiatric unit and a partial hospitalization program for adolescents. Our commitment lies in delivering top-notch clinical care, educating current and future healthcare professionals, promoting health education, and serving the community regardless of financial circumstances.
