This role primarily involves working remotely, offering you the convenience of a home office while maintaining the flexibility to engage directly with clients at our outpatient center as necessary. Our working hours are typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring a high level of care and personalization.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and group therapy to enhance community support and address common mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, utilizing your skills to de-escalate situations effectively.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards and ensure compliance with the highest clinical practice guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population of patients, ranging from children to adults, who require assistance in managing various mental health disorders. Our clients often face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your role will involve not only individual therapy but also facilitating family sessions to engage all stakeholders in the treatment process for optimal results.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
