Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, psychological, and social needs, using standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant methodologies to address issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers to deliver coordinated care and ensure all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines, including treatment notes, progress reports, and any changes in treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, along with additional bonuses based on performance.
