As a BDR, your main objective is to spark interest for potential customers, turning cold curiosity into momentum from the initial hello to a discovery call. Qualifications At least 12 months of experience in B2B sales, SDR, BDR, or talent acquisition. Strong academic background, usually with standout extracurricular achievements such as competitive sports. Desire to take on a bigger challenge and a no‑excuses mindset. Responsibilities Identify prospects and conduct outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Build strong relationships with Customer Success leaders across key markets. Qualify and prioritize the needs and aspirations of executives across different industries, seniority levels, and company sizes. Laying the groundwork for discovery calls for Account Executives with prospects across SMB, Midmarket, and Enterprise. Definition of Success Take real responsibility from day one and earn the trust of the team. Consistently hit and exceed meeting and pipeline targets. Generate high‑quality qualified pipeline that converts into discovery calls and revenue for Account Executives. Be seen as a trusted partner by the AE team and by Customer Success leaders. Turn outreach into relationships and deals that last. Compensation The on‑target earnings (base + variable) for this position are $85,000 - $110,000 per year. The range is subject to location, experience, and performance. Total rewards include performance bonuses, long‑term incentives, a generous PTO policy, and other benefits.
