Senior Business Development Executive

Identify, develop, and acquire new clients in the US market to drive business growth. Generate new business opportunities for IT staffing and recruitment services in the US market. Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors. Own the complete business development lifecycle, including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies, account penetration plans, and pipeline management activities. Identify new business opportunities by tracking market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Manage and expand existing client accounts to maximize revenue and ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements. Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business updates for management. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of proven experience in US Sales, Business Development, or IT Staffing Sales. Strong experience in selling IT staffing services in the US market. Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients with a strong hunter mindset. Well-established network of direct clients and Tier-1 vendors across the US geo. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strong understanding of the US staffing industry, recruitment lifecycle, and market dynamics.
