Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual and couples therapy to a diverse clientele across various age groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilize our comprehensive billing service for managing claims and client accounts, which includes benefit and eligibility checks ensuring administrative efficiency.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of session notes and client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Organize and schedule ongoing appointments with clients, ensuring the accessibility of services and an updated calendar for efficient practice management.

• Exhibit adaptability in working with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations, fostering a welcoming and supportive therapy environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working closely with clients who range in age and may present various anxiety and trauma-related challenges. Your expertise in clinical social work will empower individuals to overcome their struggles, ultimately helping them develop coping strategies and improve their overall mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required, with a valid LCSW license to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
